Return and Refund Policy :

We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us through the messaging system to request return authorization for you order. Please include your order number in your email for reference. After 30 days the manufactures warranty can be used if one is included with the product purchased.

Returns of non-defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened/new condition to be eligible for return.

For all buyers remorse/ non defective returns the buyer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility and shipping costs back to the buyer if an exchange is needed.  

Rift Lake Aquatics will pay for return shipping for defective products and for products that are received damaged.  

 Rift Lake Aquatics will also pay for shipping back to the customer if a defective product is return for an exchange.

 Please note: Non-defective fish medications are not be eligible for return.

All returns without the proper authorization from Rift Lake Aquatics are subject to return to buyer.
